    Punch Bowl Serves approx 15




    13 ounces Vodka

    4 ounces Cointreau

    4 ounces vanilla liqueur or 5 oz. vanilla simple syrup

    8 ounces orange juice

    1.5 L apple cider

    1 tsp. nutmeg

    3 cinnamon sticks

    1 orange thinly sliced

    cinnamon sugar (for rim)

    3 tsp. brown sugar f

    resh apple – red or green for garnish



    Add apple cider, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, vanilla liqueur, orange juice, orange slices and brown sugar to a slow cooker and let warm slowly until heated through. If you do not have a slow cooker you can use a large pot just be sure to keep the burner on low and heat up slowly. Add  Vodka and Cointreau about 30 minutes before serving. Rub orange wedge around entire rim of glass and dip into cinnamon sugar mix. Garnish: Float thinly sliced apple for garnish. This cocktail can be served warm or chilled.



    Simply leave out all the alcohol and up your Orange juice to 16 ounces and add 2 bottle of apple cider.



    Brain Teaserskull



    2 ounces  Vodka

    1/2 ounce Cointreau

    1⁄2 cup sliced strawberries

    1 tsp. honey

    3 ounces Lychee juice

    1 ounce Pineapple Juice

    1⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice

    pinch of minced ginger (to taste)




    Muddle a few strawberries, ginger, honey and lemon in a shaker. Then add ice with the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and remaining sliced strawberries.


    Leave out alcohol and up Lychee and Pineapple juice by 1 ounce each. You can also add a splash of sparkling water to the top for some bubbles.




     Zombie Potion




    1 ounce Mount Gay Rum

    1/2 ounce Cointreau

    1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur

    2 ounces pineapple juice

    2 ounces coconut water

    fresh raspberries for garnish




    Add everything to a shaker filled with ice except the raspberry liqueur. Shake well and strain into a rock glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the raspberry liqueur into the center of the glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.



    Leave out alcohol and up coconut water and pineapplejuice by 1 ounce each. Use raspberry juice instead of liqueur or muddle up some of the fresh raspberries and use that.

      It is a Must have in your bar in my opinion..You can simply add it to lemonade or soda and have a FABOOSH cocktail..Loads of recipes on their site… http://www.cointreau.com
