Here are some Fab Low-Cal Libations perfect for your New Year New You resolution…
1 ounces Vodka
3/4 agave nectar
3 ounces diet tonic or soda
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
Muddle lemon juice and berries together until juicy. frozen berries that have thawed always work best. Add berries and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Then add vodka and agave nectar.
Shake well and strain into glass, top with tonic or soda, pic your favorite. garnish with some fresh chive stems for color.
1 ounce Gin
1 stem of Cilantro
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
2 ounces low-cal white grape juice
1 ounce low-cal peach juice
Cut up the cilantro stem and all and muddle well with gin. Add to a shaker full of ice with all the other ingredients. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a single fresh berry of your choice.
1 ounce rum
2 fresh mint leaves
2 fresh basil leaves
3/4 thin slices of cucumber
1 ounce agave nectar
4 oz diet club soda
Muddle basil and mint together with fresh lemon juice and add to a shaker filler with ice. Squeeze in lime juice and add vodka shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish glass with fresh lemon, cucumber and a basil leaf. Top with club soda
