The word Virgin is two-fold in this post…
Firstly, I have never juiced…Secondly, there is NO BOOZE in this recipe… No I am not in Re-hab, I am on a cleanse …I figure if I am going to ever reach Charlie Sheen drinking status, I better keep my liver and kidneys in good working order…Although with 4 kids I do have some donor options…
On a recent episode of Steven and Chris I mentioned that my goals for this New year were ;
1) to bring out my inner Rock and Roll star more
2) Be healthier…
Because I am not looking for my inner Keith Richards…
I have nothing but great things about Juicing so I thought I would give it a try…

Hamilton Beach all-metal Big Mouth juice extractor…
I decided to take baby steps and go with fruits and veggies that I enjoy…I stayed away from spinach and kale for the moment…as I said, baby steps..
I used… Carrots, Cilantro, Black Berries, Strawberries, Kiwi, Apple, Melon and cantaloupe.
AND IT WAS DELICIOUS…and super easy to do. I actually could not believe how much juice came out of this fruit..
My big excuse for things is always TIME…No time, no time..So I made sure that I had no excuse in the morning…I put together pre made juicing portions…Seperated them by the Cilantro and I am good to go..Scoop out a section and juice away…
Now I need to know from you Juicing experts what to do with the pulp…I am sure there is something on Pinterest…
Fruit Face mask perhaps…?
As a side note… to UN-Virginize this post a little…Stay tuned for some FAB JUICING MARGARITA recipes to follow…Becuase as good as this juice was, it would have been the BOMB DOT COM with a little Patron in it…

A surprise hit that everyone loves is (ready…?) carrot and pineapple, I know, sounds strange but trust me it is delicious, let me know if you try it. So many options!
The pulp I heard can be used in muffins, if anyone has any tried-and-true recipes I’d like to know. Between this and my VitaMix (trust me this will be your next new best-friend) these 2 gadgets do not come off the counter they get used so much!!!
